Hey Guys, we are planning a trip down to baja next month just for rhinos. There will be some rhinos that are fairlly stock but this trip will not be for kids. If you want to stick some kids or anyone for that matter in a back seat if you have a back seat don't plan on coming. We plan on leaving a camp ground near Santo Tomas and running the 500 course backwards all the way down the San Quintin. The plans aren't final yet so if we have time we might make it a three day trip and loop up to Mike's Sky Ranch for a day and then back to Santo Tomas. We have done this trip many times on motorcycles but want to do an all rhino group. If you are interested let me know. I am checking to see how many other people would be interested in going. Let me know what weekend next month works best for you. We still don't have a date and are trying to work it out so everyone can go. It will be hot but it still should be fairly nice because we will be running down along the beach most of the way. Very Happy

So this ride is for Yamaha Rhino's only? What about Polaris Rangers? Way faster, twin versus a single, efi versus carb, more wheel travel. But I guess this event is only for Yamaha.

Check out this wicked...non-Rhino.

We are going from Santo Tomas to San Quintin. It should be a good test for my rhino. I don't have everything done but I can do all the finish stuff when I get back. We have at least 4 or 5 rhinos going, some quads and about 40-50 bikes. It is a great ride and should be nice on the coast. My dad was down there a couple of weeks ago and said it was pretty tore up from the 500. That just makes it more fun! I can't wait.

Yes Cliff and Wayne Matlock are putting on the ride. Wayne races a quad for American Honda/ Alba and won the 1000 last year. We are staying at the old mill and the place next door. I think we have both hotels booked full. They do this ride every year and it is alot of fun.

right on that sounds pretty fun. I've got some good memories from staying at the Old Mill and going on rides like this one I imagine you do too.
